The mission of the St. Louis Area Police Chiefs Association (SLAPCA) is to establish a unified leadership organization for law enforcement governance in the St. Louis region. We encourage best police practices and standards for professionalism that support human rights and civil liberties. We strive to increase the quality of life for our diverse communities by enhancing public safety through the effective collaboration of our membership and other stakeholders.
